Client Service Processor (4 months Contract)
Canada Life is a leading insurer serving the financial security needs of millions of Canadians. They are seeking a Client Service Processor to manage the digital distribution of documents and support various teams within Wealth Management.
Responsibilities
- Triage incoming mail and faxes for the wealth teams within time standards
- Work closely with other admin areas regarding inter-team paperwork
- Assist with non-financial processing when required, while meeting service standard deadlines
- Participate in team meetings to discuss efficiencies and work on improving processes
- Provide support for small projects, as required
- Monitor and manage the team shared email boxes
- Responsible for workflow distribution on new imaging system (enhanced computer skills are necessary)

- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- On Base (imaging system) experience an asset
- Bilingualism is an asset (fluent in French and English) but is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs
