No previous travel experience is required. We provide all necessary training, resources, and ongoing guidance.

Key Duties

Assist clients with travel arrangements, vacation packages, cruises, accommodations, and related services
Gather and organize information needed to support travel planning and reservation requests
Research available travel products, destinations, and supplier offerings using approved company tools
Review booking information and confirmations to help maintain accuracy and completeness
Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail
Coordinate schedule adjustments, reservation updates, and special requests as needed
Maintain organized records of customer interactions, travel plans, and documentation
Participate in virtual workshops, training sessions, and team collaboration activities
