They are seeking a Client Success Manager to serve as the primary contact for key brand, agency, and publisher accounts, ensuring seamless ad campaign execution and driving client satisfaction and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Partner with Campaign Managers and Ad Operations to translate client goals into effective programmatic and digital media campaigns strategies and flawless execution
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities and maintain alignment on client needs and revenue growth
  • Provide clients with clear, actionable updates on pacing, performance, and optimizations to maximize ROI in a strategic, easy-to-digest format
  • Act as the bridge between clients, operations, and sales teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across all stakeholders
  • Maintain deep knowledge of client history and campaign performance to strengthen partnerships

Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or programmatic advertising
  • Familiarity with DSPs (The Trade Desk, Xandr, Meta) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, IAS, DoubleClick)
  • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite; SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to manage client accounts effectively
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and ease, manage programs effectively, and deliver clear performance updates
  • Strong collaboration skills, partnering seamlessly with Campaign Managers, Ad Operations, and Sales
  • Naturally curious, with a desire to understand advertising technology and continually improve client outcomes
