This role centers on assisting travelers with planning assistance, booking support, and personalized customer care while helping ensure every trip is organized with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Assist travelers with vacation arrangements, getaway packages, cruises, and lodging selections
Research destinations, travel products, and available options through approved booking resources
Help coordinate reservation details and verify travel information before finalization
Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients throughout their travel planning journey
Address questions, concerns, and requests through email, phone, and digital communication channels
Support itinerary modifications, travel updates, and reservation-related follow-up
Keep customer records, travel documents, and booking information organized and current
Participate in remote training programs and team development sessions
