We're looking for driven, relationship-oriented Sales professionals in Colombia, who want to play a key role in shaping the future of international manufacturing.

What You'll Do

Build Relationships with Manufacturing Suppliers

Identify and engage manufacturers across technologies including:

CNC Machining

Injection Molding

Additive Manufacturing / 3D Printing

Sheet Metal Fabrication

Precision Manufacturing

Learn about supplier capabilities, production capacity, materials, certifications, and specialties

Help expand Trustbridge's international manufacturing partner network

Build long-term relationships with suppliers across Asia, North America, and other global markets

Support Product Companies and Innovators

Connect with startups, engineering teams, and product companies developing new products

Introduce Trustbridge's engineering and manufacturing solutions

Help customers identify the right manufacturing partners for their projects

Support companies looking to accelerate product development and reduce sourcing risks

Drive Business Development

Conduct outreach through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Identify new opportunities for engineering services and manufacturing projects

Position Trustbridge as a trusted partner throughout the product development process

Collaborate with Leadership

Work directly with leadership based in California

Share market insights and customer feedback

Contribute to commercial growth strategies

Help shape how Trustbridge expands internationally

Who We're Looking For

Required

Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)

Strong relationship-building and interpersonal abilities

Experience in sales, business development, account management, recruiting, customer success, or client-facing roles

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to confidently engage with business leaders and technical professionals

Preferred

Experience in manufacturing, engineering services, industrial sales, sourcing, supply chain, procurement, or technology sales

Familiarity with manufacturing technologies such as CNC machining, injection molding, 3D printing, or fabrication processes

Experience working with U.S. companies or international clients

Additional language skills are a plus, including:

Mandarin

Japanese

Korean

Portuguese
