<p>Working Hours : 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST</p>
<p>Salary : USD 1500 – 2500/month (Final offer depends on client approval and candidate experience)</p>
<p>About The Role</p>
<p>Own long-form, research-driven content for winnie.com/resources and support Instagram with derivative posts and other creative content. Success looks like authoritative articles that rank and resonate, plus consistent IG output aligned to brand voice.</p>
<p>Role Responsibilities</p>
<p>Research and write high-quality, long-form articles similar to what’s currently on winnie.com/resources.<br />
Update and enhance existing content on winnie.com/resources.<br />
Repurpose articles into Instagram carousels and Reels.<br />
Optimize for on-page SEO (headlines, structure, internal links, meta).<br />
Publish in CMS (currently HubSpot) with clean formatting and accessibility.</p>
<p>Requirements</p>
<p>Exceptional written English (clarity, structure, and audience fit).<br />
Demonstrated experience in long-form, research-based content.<br />
Efficient and can produce a high volume of content.<br />
Portfolio with 3-5 relevant writing samples.<br />
Comfortable with basic SEO and CMS publishing.<br />
Experience with HubSpot or WordPress, Google Docs, and Instagram.</p>
<p>Nice-to-Have / Preferred</p>
<p>Familiarity with parenting/childcare topics.<br />
Instagram content creation (carousels, Reels, basic Canva templates or similar platform).</p>
<p>Editorial Cadence & Expectations</p>
<p>Articles: 5-10 articles/week.<br />
Social: 2 Instagram posts/week.</p>
<p>KPIs / Success Metrics</p>
<p>Organic traffic growth & rankings for target topics.<br />
Engagement (time on page, scroll depth), newsletter sign-ups.<br />
IG reach, saves, and profile traffic from content.<br />
On-time delivery and editorial quality scores.</p>
