Full-time

PolyAI automates customer service through lifelike voice assistants that let customers lead a conversation. Our voice assistants make it possible for businesses to deliver outstanding customer service that rivals their human agents. Our customers, which include the world’s leading logos, are expanding how they use our platform, driving automation of critical customer service operations and integrating PolyAI into their daily customer service workflows.

We’re looking for a Contracts Manager who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and own the day-to-day execution of contracting at scale. This is a hands-on role focused on driving deals forward, managing volume, and keeping our commercial engine running smoothly.

You will sit at the center of our deal flow, working closely with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Security to get contracts reviewed, negotiated, and signed quickly and efficiently. This role is less about high-level legal theory and more about operational excellence, judgment, and getting things done.

What you’ll do

Own high-volume contract review across NDAs, MSAs, order forms, DPAs, and amendments

Turn redlines quickly and keep deals moving toward signature

Apply internal playbooks to assess risk and escalate only when needed

Partner closely with Sales to unblock negotiations and maintain deal momentum

Manage contract workflows in Ironclad and Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and speed

Support customer legal and procurement queries with clear, practical responses

Help clean up and maintain templates, clause libraries, and fallback positions

Track contract status, flag bottlenecks, and drive deals to close

Support internal teams (Sales, Security, Finance) in aligning on contractual positions

Jump in wherever needed — from questionnaires to one-off asks — to keep things moving

What we’re looking for

3–6 years of experience in contracts management, paralegal, or commercial legal roles (ideally in SaaS or tech)

Strong familiarity with commercial agreements (MSAs, DPAs, NDAs)

Comfortable negotiating directly with counterparties on standard terms

Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of deals simultaneously

Scrappy, proactive, and solution-oriented — you don’t wait to be told what to do

Commercially minded with good judgment on when to push vs. when to escalate

Strong communication skills, especially with non-legal stakeholders

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Nice to have

Experience working with CLM tools (e.g., Ironclad) and Salesforce

Exposure to data protection and information security terms

Experience supporting enterprise SaaS sales cycles

What success looks like

Deals move faster and with fewer back-and-forth cycles

Sales and RevOps see Legal as a partner, not a bottleneck

High-volume contracting runs smoothly with minimal escalation

Templates and playbooks are consistently applied and improved over time

Legal team bandwidth is freed up for higher-risk, strategic work
