FanDuel Group is the premier mobile gaming company in the United States and Canada. As a CRM Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing the sportsbook merchandising strategy and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day merchandising execution for key homepage modules or priority sport areas
  • Collaborate with product, trading, and marketing teams to align on promotional and content priorities
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose new merchandising ideas or enhancements
  • Help train or guide Coordinators on tools, processes, and merchandising standards
  • Execute real-time content updates during live events with minimal supervision
  • Support team leads and managers with planning around tentpole events and seasonal shifts

Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment (sports or ops a plus)
  • Strong understanding of U.S. sports, betting markets, and fan behavior
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize on the fly, and work under pressure
  • Confident communicator and collaborator with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays based on the sports calendar
  • Familiarity with CMS, CRM, or content merchandising tools
