Stipend: Up to 20,000 INR (Fixed + Variable)
Duration : 6 months

Work Hours: 10AM to 7PM IST

Working day : Monday - Saturday
PPO : 360,000 - 480,000 INR / year

About the Role :
We are looking for Customer Relationship Managers (CRM) Intern who can build strong relationships with candidates through professional and engaging conversations.
The ideal candidate should be able to make conversations feel natural, comfortable, and engaging while collecting the required details accurately.
You will be responsible for being the first point of interaction for candidates and ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the initial stages of the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial candidate interaction calls in a conversational and engaging manner

Collect and verify candidate information accurately

Build rapport and maintain a positive candidate experience during calls

Understand candidate motivations, preferences, and expectations through thoughtful conversations

Encourage candidates to research and engage with the company and opportunity

Maintain professionalism and empathy while handling candidates across different experience levels

Ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups with candidates

Maintain detailed and accurate notes from candidate interactions

Coordinate effectively with internal hiring teams and stakeholders

Ability to guide conversations naturally while collecting all required information

Emotional Intelligence

Ability to understand candidate tone, comfort, and engagement levels

Ability to adapt communication style based on candidate seniority and situation

Preferred Qualities

Prior experience in recruitment, customer relationship management, talent acquisition, sales, or client-facing roles

Strong people skills and relationship-building mindset

Ability to multitask and manage candidate interactions efficiently

Organized and process-oriented approach
