Customer Service Representative

CGS is seeking Customer Service Representatives. 

* Work from home, we provide the equipment! You must have a WIRED High Speed internet with a minimum of 40 Mbps/sec upload and 40 Mbps/sec download.

Job Duties: 

Answer incoming customer inquiries 

Data Entry to record customer information within our customer service database 

Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns 

Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's policies and call guidelines.  

Other duties as requested 

Job Qualifications: 
  

You have a High School diploma or GED 

You know how to juggle multiple tasks at the same time 

You have good listening skills and professional phone etiquette 

Ability to read and follow instructions for specific customer resolution tasks 

Basic knowledge working with computers in a work environment
