• Responsibilities*

- Interact with customers over the phone and in person to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services

- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

- Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive rapport with every caller

- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Qualifications*

- Four year degree preferred

- Proficient in English; multilingual abilities are a plus

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Experience in customer service or related field is preferred

- Knowledge of call center telephony and technology

- Familiarity with office software and computer systems

- Ability to handle cash transactions is desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
