What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will connect with clients to provide information about available benefit programs and assist them with questions related to their coverage. You will help ensure each client receives clear guidance, understands their options, and has a positive experience throughout the process. You will also stay informed on updated products and services so you can provide accurate information and help clients review options that may better fit their needs.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include
Speaking with clients by phone or virtually
Providing product and service information in a clear, professional way
Answering questions about coverage and available programs
Reviewing client needs and helping identify suitable options
Keeping up with ongoing product updates and training
Maintaining strong communication and follow-up with clients
