Responsibilities

Answer questions related to coverage, benefits, and account details
Stay informed on current and updated programs, products, and service options
Review member needs and help identify suitable, cost-effective solutions
Maintain a professional and supportive experience for every client interaction
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is an asset
