Customer Service/Data Entry
We are seeking a Customer Service/Data Entry candidate from overseas to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by coordinating logistics and administration of shipments.
Responsibilities:
Handle requests to plan shipments as well as associated documentation
Work with carriers, airlines, and other transportation providers
They may also consolidate and break-bulk shipment
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Provide customer service to clients for active shipments
Qualifications:
Must speak English
Must have a reliable internet connection and an alternate back up in the event of inclement weather or a natural disaster
Dual monitors preferred
Must be available to work 6a-3p PST Monday - Friday
Previous experience in customer service, call center environment or other related fields.
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Possess a positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Typing test will be required
Pay Information:
$450-$1,000 Monthly
