JOB OVERVIEW:

The client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to support our order entry process. This remote role is focused specifically on entering customer orders received through email into internal systems accurately and efficiently. 

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, comfortable managing repetitive tasks, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy while working independently.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Key Responsibilities

Review customer orders submitted through email

Accurately enter order information into company systems

Verify order details for completeness and accuracy

Flag missing, unclear, or incorrect information for follow-up

Maintain organized records of incoming orders and related communication

Communicate with internal team members as needed to clarify order details

Process a high volume of orders while maintaining accuracy and timeliness

Support other basic administrative tasks related to order entry as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications

Previous data entry, administrative, customer service, or order entry experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable working in email and data entry systems throughout the day

Basic computer proficiency, including email and spreadsheets

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Strong organizational and time management skills

Clear written communication skills
