Primary Duties

Assist travelers with destination selection, vacation planning, and booking-related support
Research accommodations, attractions, transportation options, and travel packages using approved company resources
Coordinate travel requests and help ensure reservation information is entered accurately
Share relevant travel information and suggestions based on client interests and trip objectives
Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and digital communication channels
Assist with travel schedule updates, reservation modifications, and service-related requests
Organize client files, booking records, and travel confirmations
Complete ongoing educational programs and participate in team training sessions
