Lead and manage a team of .NET developers

Drive delivery and ensure high engineering standards

Support team growth through mentoring and coaching

Collaborate with stakeholders and define priorities

Participate in architectural decisions

IF YOU ARE
7+ years of experience in software development

Strong background in .NET (C#)

Proven experience in team leadership or management

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to balance technical and managerial responsibilities

NICE TO HAVE
Experience with AngularJS or React

Experience in Agile environments

Experience scaling teams
