We work on mission-critical systems that affect millions of citizens, and you will own engineering strategy and delivery maturity across all of MO’s client engagements. You will oversee the execution of existing federal contracts, manage and mentor the engineering team, and partner with other MO leaders to win new business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software projects.

Compensation

Compensation for this role is an annualized salary range of $190,000 to $225,000, with additional variable and long term incentives. 

Candidates in the Washington, DC region are preferred.
