What you will own:

  • Overall revenue performance and strategy

    Manage and build a team, along with the underlying structures, to continuously improve revenue performance and efficiency — including playbooks, KPIs, and metrics

    Own year-over-year revenue doubling targets, and implement the metrics and reporting structure to achieve them

    Increase existing advertiser spend through improved strategies and data optimisation

    Understand existing customers and identify opportunities for product development

    Build and deploy data analytics and reporting tools to provide actionable insights and improve sales performance

Who you are:
  • You have a deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry, either by selling to or having worked within a game development company

    You have a demonstrable track record of doubling revenue year-over-year and understand what it takes to achieve that

    You are data-driven, with experience in tangibly measuring revenue performance

    You are as comfortable building strategy as you are producing and analysing performance data

    You have built and led teams of 10+ in a B2B platform environment

    You enjoy working closely with both customers and internal product teams
