About the Role

Maleda Tech is seeking an experienced Enablement Program Manager to support the development and execution of high-impact training and enablement initiatives within a fast-paced, global environment.

In this role, you will design and deliver learning programs that empower go-to-market teams, including sales, account management, and partnerships, to perform at their best. You will also play a key role in optimizing learning systems, improving program effectiveness through data, and driving scalable enablement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable training programs using instructional design best practices

Create and deliver role-based enablement content, including certifications, playbooks, mock sessions, and sales materials

Manage and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring content is accessible, organized, and engaging

Troubleshoot and improve enablement tools and systems to ensure seamless operations

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into effective learning solutions

Leverage data from platforms such as Salesforce, Tableau, and enablement tools to identify gaps and improve program performance

Support go-to-market teams by building content that strengthens sales narratives, objection handling, and customer engagement

Lead projects end-to-end with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

Continuously refine processes and programs to improve efficiency and scalability

Qualifications

Required:

5+ years of experience in enablement, learning & development (L&D), or instructional design

Hands-on experience administering and optimizing Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Proven experience creating sales enablement content (e.g., pitches, playbooks, messaging frameworks, objection handling)

Strong instructional design skills with a portfolio demonstrating engaging, effective content

Experience supporting go-to-market teams such as sales, account management, or partnerships

Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Slack, Google Workspace, Asana, or Airtable

Excellent organizational and project management skills

Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to identify problems and implement improvements

Preferred:

Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment

Familiarity with enablement platforms such as Highspot or Gong

Background in hospitality, travel, or marketplace business models

Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, evolving environments

Start Date: May 12, 2026 (or ASAP)

Duration: Approximately 4-6 months

Location: Remote (U.S.-based; team operates across West Coast time zones)

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Work Type: Contract (W2)

Compensation: $80 - $90 per hour
