Buildots is transforming construction management with AI and computer vision. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their North America team in Chicago, responsible for opening doors and generating sales opportunities for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • Research large enterprise companies and identify the right decision-makers
  • Use a multi-channel approach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) to connect with prospects
  • Deliver our value proposition in a way that gets people genuinely excited
  • Ask smart questions to qualify prospects and uncover real business pain
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities
  • Hit monthly/quarterly goals and help drive revenue growth
  • Partner with our sales team to create seamless handoffs and killer demos

Skills

  • 1 year of B2B sales experience
  • Adaptable, quick to adjust, and thrive in fast-changing environments
  • Gritty and willing to put in the work — you love a challenge
  • Comfortable using and learning new tools — you're naturally tech-savvy
  • Committed and motivated to grow with the company long-term
  • Excellent communication skills — written and spoken
  • Based in Chicago (hybrid working arrangement)
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience in construction, real estate, or enterprise sales
  • A great sense of humor (seriously, we value this)
