Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Prepare briefs, presentations, and follow-up documents
- Organize business development activities including pipeline updates, client and prospect meetings, and proposal logistics
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communications
- Handle confidential data with integrity and compliance
- Support the execution of key initiatives within growth agendas
