Key Responsibilities
Assist with coordinating travel arrangements for leisure trips, cruises, resort stays, and vacation packages
Gather and organize travel information to help create smooth booking experiences
Research destination options, accommodations, transportation services, and travel promotions
Review booking records and travel confirmations to help maintain accurate information
Provide helpful guidance and support based on client interests and travel goals
Communicate with clients through email, phone, and digital communication platforms
Assist with reservation follow-up, schedule modifications, and travel-related requests
Maintain organized customer records and travel documentation
Participate in educational sessions and ongoing training opportunities
