We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to drive new business, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our sales organization. In this role, you will engage prospective customers, understand their needs, and position solutions that align with their goals. Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers through outbound and inbound channels
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, challenges, and goals
Deliver compelling product presentations and value-based pitches
Manage a sales pipeline, track progress, and forecast accurately
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product—to support deal strategy and execution
Handle objections effectively and guide prospects through the full sales cycle
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Maintain detailed and organized notes, documentation, and account records
Contribute to ongoing improvements in messaging, processes, and sales best practices

Qualifications

Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally in a quota-carrying capacity
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
Experience managing a pipeline and using CRM tools
Comfort operating in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments
Demonstrated ability to handle objections and navigate complex conversations
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
Curiosity, resilience, and a growth mindset

Preferred qualifications

Experience with consultative or solution selling
Background in B2B or SaaS sales
Familiarity with multi-touch outbound or lead qualification processes
