**Responsibilities**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, social media, and other communication channels to resolve their questions or concerns
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure customer satisfaction
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments in a timely and efficient manner
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our processes and services
* Upselling when required to meet customer needs and increase sales

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills
* At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service
* Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
* The ability to type 25 words per minute and navigate Windows operating systems with ease
* Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and develop effective solutions
* Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

**Nice-to-Haves**

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

* Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
* Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems and productivity tools
* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages
* Experience with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions
