**Job Overview**

We are looking for a talented and experienced Call Center & Customer Service Representative to work remotely from anywhere in CA, TX, or AZ. This is a temporary-to-hire position with a duration of 6 months or more, offering a competitive pay rate of $16/hr on W2. As a remote team member, you will be required to work a schedule of 7AM to 7PM PST, Monday through Friday, and have a reliable laptop/computer, wired internet connection, and a quiet workspace.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Call Center & Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal, providing information on programs and services
* Recording customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
* Following standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
* Addressing customer inquiries and resolving problems, ensuring that appropriate changes are made
* Refering unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
* Communicating with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns
* Performing data entry accurately and performing other duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* High school diploma or GED required, Associate degree preferred
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all information
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
* Ability to remain in a stationary position for an extended period
* 1 year of experience in call center and customer service required
