**Experienced Chat Moderator – Remote Community Management and Conflict Resolution Specialist**

**Job Description**
As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Moderating the chat of our official Discord server, ensuring that all interactions adhere to our community guidelines and rules.
* Deleting messages that violate our rules, including but not limited to:
+ Hate speech or discriminatory language
+ Harassment or bullying
+ Spam or self-promotion
+ Infringing on others' intellectual property
* Banning users who repeatedly violate our rules, after a thorough investigation and warning process.
* Muting users who have violated our rules, to prevent further disruption.
* Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations, and taking appropriate action.
* Collaborating with our team to develop and refine our community guidelines and rules.
* Providing excellent customer service, responding to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's policies and procedures, and adhering to our code of conduct.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* To be at least 18 years old.
* A High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team.
* Familiarity with Discord and online community management tools.
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately identify and address rule violations.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in community management, conflict resolution, or a related field.
* Knowledge of arenaflex's services and products, including our computer programming courses and upcoming social media app and bank account.
* Familiarity with arenaflex's values and mission, and a passion for promoting equality and respect online.
