**Key Responsibilities**

As a Clinical Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

* Answering incoming calls from Customer Care associates, providing expert guidance and support to resolve customer inquiries
* Making outbound calls to customers, addressing their concerns and providing personalized solutions
* Developing and maintaining advanced knowledge of arenaflex policies, procedures, and products
* Collaborating with teammates to resolve customer complaints, investigate quality issues, and implement process improvements
* Maintaining confidentiality of customer information, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of data protection and security

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* To obtain a New Hampshire Board of Pharmacy Technician license on Day 1 of hire (arenaflex will assist with licensing)
* To reside and work in the state of New Hampshire or Massachusetts
* To meet minimum work-from-home requirements, including a dedicated, private workspace with reliable internet connectivity
* Preferred qualifications include:
+ Active, unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License from the board of Pharmacy
+ CPhT certification
+ Experience in pharmacy and billing
