**Job Summary**

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, working with customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to provide exceptional service and support. You'll have the opportunity to create raving fans for arenaflex every single day, and we're looking for talented individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions to customers
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
* Utilize live chat and email to engage with customers and provide support
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in the lighting industry or a related field
* Knowledge of lighting products and technologies
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in customer service or a related field

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**

* Competitive hourly rate of $16.00/hour, with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
