**Requirements:**
To succeed as a Customer Care Associate, you will need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen attentively to customers and resolve issues effectively
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
* Ability to multitask on a computer while on phone calls, using multiple applications and software
