**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our remote team for a 12-month contract. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, updating clients on their orders, and utilizing internal systems to track and notate your work. **Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Care Representative, your daily responsibilities will include:

* Calling and emailing clients to provide updates on their orders
* Working from a set list of priority orders and contacting clients to update them on the status of their order
* Utilizing internal systems to track and notate your work and who you have updated
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of customer orders

**Required Skills & Experience**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
* Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
