* **High school diploma or equivalent**: You'll have a solid foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
* **Product or service knowledge**: You'll be familiar with arenaflex's products or services and be able to apply that knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
* **Computer experience**: You'll be proficient in using computer systems and software to manage customer interactions and data.
* **High-speed internet (> 40mbps)**: You'll need a reliable internet connection to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with our team.
