**The Role**
As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional support to our users. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with our Product Specialist and Customer Experience Manager to handle a diverse range of inquiries from our users
* Engaging with customers via email, real-time chat, and our knowledge base
* Reporting technical bugs to our product and engineering teams
* Identifying problems and friction points for our users, then helping to develop solutions
* Drawing on your understanding of music creation to help users achieve their creative goals
**What We're Looking For**
* A passion for creating music and a deep understanding of the music creation process
* Prior customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support
* Compassionate and empathetic towards fellow musicians, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, with a high level of motivation and energy
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to flourish in a high-volume work environment
**Nice to Haves**
* Familiarity with our platform as a Splice user
* Experience working in a creative industry or with a similar customer base
**Compensation and Benefits**
