**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Experience & Partnership Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Handling all aspects of customer experience, including content creation, email marketing, customer service inquiries, and engagement strategies
* Identifying and conducting tests to encourage subscribers to share their arenaflex with family and friends
* Launching and managing the arenaflex affiliate program, targeting moms, teenagers, and retired individuals
* Business development outreach to financial advisors, lawyers, and life insurance agents to expand our reach
* Conducting weekly product research with friends and colleagues to gather feedback and inform our product positioning
* Creating written materials and images for customer emails and other marketing initiatives
* Working independently and collaboratively as part of a small team to share workload and achieve goals

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A deep understanding of the parent mindset and the ability to "live the brand"
* 5+ years of experience in customer experience, partnerships, or entrepreneurship, preferably in a rapidly growing startup
* A passion for entrepreneurship and a willingness to take on new challenges
* Experience with metrics-driven goals and achieving objectives
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft articulate and convincing emails
* Energy, positivity, and resilience, with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn
* Effective problem-solving, multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

* Experience with affiliate marketing and business development outreach
* Knowledge of the financial services, law, or life insurance industries
* Familiarity with online platforms and digital marketing tools
* A background in content creation, writing, or design

**Compensation and Benefits**

As a valued member of our team, you can expect:

* A competitive annual base salary of $70,000 - $80,000, depending on experience

**Working Hours and Location**
