**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Handling inbound and outbound calls from clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing software provided by arenaflex to take down information and communicate with clients via phone and WhatsApp
* Communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless transitions and coverage
* Logging in and out of shifts, and reaching out to the next agent before your shift ends to ensure a smooth transition
* Communicating ahead of time if you cannot cover any particular day or shift due to unforeseen circumstances
* Working independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction and business goals

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business goals
* Proficiency in using software and technology to take down information and communicate with clients
* A smart phone and laptop/computer with quick navigation capabilities
* Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts from 10pm to 5am PST
