**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service and Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* **Data Entry**: Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of tasks.
* **Updating and maintaining records**: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including client information, transactions, and other relevant data.
* **Operating office equipment**: Proficiently operating a wide range of office equipment, including photocopiers, computers, and printers, to support our operations.
* **Communicating with Clients**: Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* **Scheduling appointments**: Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and other events to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* **Great communication skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and executive leadership.
* **Experience using computers and software**: Proficiency in using computers, software, and technology, including Microsoft Office, to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
* **Experience using basic standard office equipment**: Familiarity with operating office equipment, such as photocopiers, computers, and printers.
* **QuickBooks knowledge**: Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred, but not required.
* **The ability to write clearly**: Strong writing skills, with the ability to compose clear, concise, and well-structured documents.
* **A typing speed of at least 50 words per minute**: The ability to type accurately and efficiently, with a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.
* **A high school diploma**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **The ability to work well with cross-functional teams**: Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership and management.
**Job Type and Schedule**
This is a full-time remote opportunity, with a standard 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday. As a remote employee, you will be expected to work independently, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity and focus.
**Compensation and Benefits**
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
* **Hourly rate**: $15.50 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
