**Job Summary**

We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team in Buffalo, NY. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs, providing personalized coverage options, and delivering a seamless client experience. This is a remote position that requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

**Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

* Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and Zoom, providing timely and effective solutions to their insurance needs
* Educating clients on insurance options that meet their needs, taking the time to understand their goals and objectives
* Providing support throughout the application process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for our clients
* Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and coverage understanding, building strong relationships and trust
* Tracking all communication and sales activity using CRM tools, staying organized and focused on key performance indicators
* Meeting individual performance and client satisfaction goals, consistently delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* To be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
* Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
* Professional, empathetic, and reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Comfortable working with technology and in a remote setting, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days), with a strong understanding of insurance products and services

**Expected Salary**

The expected salary for this role is $55,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

This role is based in Buffalo, NY, with remote work options available.
