**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, ensuring every interaction is courteous, friendly, and efficient
* Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive experience
* Modeling and sharing customer service best practices with team members to deliver exceptional service, including interpersonal habits and arenaflex service traits
* Providing customers with fast and efficient service, recommending items for sale, and processing transactions accurately
* Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including inventory management and record-keeping
* Implementing asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss and ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
* Constructing and maintaining displays, completing resets and revisions as directed
* Assisting with product placement, stock rotation, and restocking as specified by policies and procedures
* Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and suggestive selling of promotional photo products
* Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance
* Complying with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers
* Completing special assignments and other tasks as assigned
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in customer service preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with accuracy and efficiency
* Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the store
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in customer service, retail, or a related field
* Knowledge of store systems and equipment, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
