**Available Shifts**

We're looking for a part-time Customer Service + Direct Sales Representative to join our team and work the following shifts:

* Tuesday: Chat (5:00 P.M. EST - 9:00 P.M. EST)
* Wednesday: Phones (2:00 P.M. EST - 5:00 P.M. EST) + Chat (5:00 P.M. EST - 9:00 P.M. EST)
* Friday: Phones (6:00 P.M. EST - 9:00 P.M. EST)

**Job Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service + Direct Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email.
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective marketing and sales strategies.
* Building strong relationships with customers and driving customer loyalty.
* Collaborating with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
* Analyzing sales data and providing insights to inform business decisions.

**Essential Qualifications**
