**Job Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service & Office Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

* **Answering Customer Inquiries**: Respond to customer inquiries on the telephone and by email, providing timely and accurate information to resolve their queries.
* **Problem-Solving & Order Processing**: Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues, while also processing orders and communicating with internal departments to ensure seamless execution.
* **Scheduling Services**: Schedule services and coordinate schedules with the Install Department to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our home organizing systems.
* **Updating Customer Files**: Update customer files with all interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as resolutions.
* **Follow-Up & Resolution**: Follow up with customers to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve their problems and ensure their satisfaction.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* **Computer Proficiency**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* **Customer Service Experience**: Previous customer service experience in an office setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* **Interpersonal & Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
* **Phone Etiquette**: Proper phone etiquette, with the ability to handle multiple calls and interactions simultaneously.
* **Customer Relations Management Software**: Prior exposure to and use of Customer Relations Management Software (CRM).
* **Home Improvement Industry Experience**: Previous customer service experience with a home improvement company is a plus!
