**What You'll Do**

* Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection and resolution of account issues
* Providing knowledgeable answers and scripted customer feedback to ensure customers feel informed and supported
* Collaborating with managers to receive feedback and tips on improving performance and customer satisfaction
* Maintaining accurate customer notes and records using a standard keyboard
* Participating in virtual team environments, including weekly contests and incentives, to stay engaged and motivated
**Who You Are**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center setting
* A background in retail, sales, or wait staff can be beneficial, but not required
