**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - After Hours. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving member concerns, answering transportation-related questions, and providing support to help them achieve positive health outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our members, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative - After Hours, your key responsibilities will include:

* Receiving and documenting customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner
* Ensuring all company procedures are followed to maintain high-quality service standards
* Inputting accurate trip data into our systems to ensure seamless tracking and management
* Demonstrating a personal commitment to producing high-quality work and exceeding customer expectations
* Referencing unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and resolution
* Multitasking effectively and efficiently to extract necessary information from multiple systems
* Reviewing and educating members on our services and their insurance coverage

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

* High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
* 0-2 years of related experience
* 6+ months of contact center experience or customer service experience
* Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills (all system documentation will be in English)
* Ability to type 35wpm or more
* Answer a high volume of calls up to 100+ calls per day
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
* Work overtime as required
* Ability to work independently under general supervision
* Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

**Work from Home Requirements**

As a remote Customer Service Representative - After Hours, you will need to meet the following work from home requirements:

* High-speed internet of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload
* Ability to directly hardwire to your modem
* Required to have a dedicated work area that is separated from other living areas and provides privacy to review company-sensitive documents securely
* Attend 100% of training, on camera, for the first 30 days of employment
