**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative – arenaflex Agent Team Member, you will be responsible for:
* Developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services to promote arenaflex offerings, including auto, home, and life insurance.
* Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, and following up with customers as needed.
* Responding to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
* Collaborating with the arenaflex Agent to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and business development plans.
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Essential Qualifications**
