**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative on our arenaflex Answer Team, you'll serve as a single point of contact for our clients, responding to their service requests and issues in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Responding to client service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing, commissions, technical support, install/group administration, and all other routine customer service inquiries
* Delivering first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call/letter/email from the client
* Utilizing process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies to identify and resolve recurring issues
* Developing technical acumen to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
* Providing exceptional customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience

**Requirements**

* Prior call center experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Experience in using process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies, with a focus on identifying and resolving recurring issues
* Capability to develop technical acumen, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
* Strong client-facing orientation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with healthcare industry, including insurance and benefits administration
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
