**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Demonstrating reliability by maintaining attendance and punctuality for full shifts
* Handling a high volume of contacts, managing approximately 50-60 phone calls per shift in a fast-paced environment
* Meeting high performance metrics for customer satisfaction and service efficiency
* Engaging professionally with customers through inbound calls, chats, and emails, addressing various topics such as returns and order status
* Listening actively to understand customer concerns and providing empathetic responses
* De-escalating customer concerns using conflict management skills while maintaining professionalism
* Problem-solving by providing tailored solutions to customer issues without relying on pre-populated scripts
* Being tech-savvy and multitasking effectively across multiple tools and screens to assist customers efficiently
* Identifying and escalating systemic issues to improve customer service processes

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* To be at least 18 years of age
* A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
* The ability to read, write, and understand both Spanish and English
* Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems or equivalent
* Completion of mandatory training is required without exceptions

**Nice-to-haves**

While not mandatory, experience in a customer service role or familiarity with e-commerce platforms or retail environments is a plus.
