**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Proficiently using MS Office (Word, Excel) and various software platforms to manage customer inquiries and administrative tasks.
* Efficiently handling customer inquiries over the phone with a courteous and professional demeanor, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
* Managing multiple tasks effectively, including social media engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and email, to maintain a strong online presence and engage with our customers.
* Demonstrating excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
* Showing strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
* Undertaking data entry, file management, and various administrative projects to support the smooth operation of our business.
* Exhibiting a positive attitude and team-oriented spirit, working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

* Be computer savvy, with ownership of a personal computer/laptop with a stable home internet connection.
* Have access to an earpiece or earphones for phone communication.
* Be customer-oriented, with the ability to adapt and respond well to diverse personalities.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
* Be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve our goals and objectives.

**Position Details**

* Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
* Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
* Expected Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
* Shifts Available: 4-hour shift, primarily morning shifts, Monday through Friday
* Work Setting: Fully remote
