**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our airline, interacting with customers in a kind and beneficial manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty and retention. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues to provide exceptional service, navigate challenges with a safety mentality, and maintain a strong sense of responsibility.

**Key Responsibilities**

* **Interact with customers**: Provide a pleasant, professional, assured, and insightful experience to help resolve customer travel issues and make their journey memorable.
* **Anticipate customer needs**: Step up and watch for customer needs while maintaining a robust sense of responsibility.
* **Maintain a safety mentality**: Ensure we keep ourselves and each other to the highest standards while working with a safety-first approach.
* **Navigate challenges**: Remain calm and composed, handling issues while not taking customer frustration into view.
* **Collaborate with colleagues**: Work collaboratively with others, assisting your colleagues, and supporting them in achieving success with new processes and technologies.

**Qualifications**

* **Education**: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
* **Age**: Minimum of 18 years old.
* **Technical skills**: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
* **Physical ability**: Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage.
* **Security clearance**: Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
* **Work authorization**: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
* **Attendance and appearance**: Potential to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
