**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* **Product Knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products or services and their application in the B2B context. Provide product knowledge and expertise to clients, assisting them in making informed decisions.
* **Issue Resolution**: Promptly address and resolve client concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and escalate as needed.
* **Order Management**: Process B2B client orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring on-time delivery.

Coordinate order logistics and maintain detailed records of transactions.
* **Communication**: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels in a professional and courteous manner. Keep clients informed of order status, product updates, and relevant information.
* **Feedback Collection**: Actively seek feedback from clients to identify opportunities for improvement. Share client insights and feedback with internal teams to enhance our products and services.
* **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions.

Generate reports on B2B customer service performance and present findings to management.

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* **Minimum of 2 years of experience** in a B2B customer service or client relations role.
* **Proven track record** of successfully managing B2B client relationships and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
* **Strong communication skills**, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients and internal teams.
* **Exceptional problem-solving skills** and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* **Ability to work effectively in a remote environment**.
