**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Boone, NC Location**

**Your Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Greeting customers, running the register, and providing excellent customer care
* Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to drive sales and customer satisfaction
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
* Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner
* Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals and drive business results
* Coming up with creative solutions to problems and thinking on your feet to provide exceptional customer experiences

**What We're Looking For**

* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
* Willingness to learn and have fun in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

**Physical Requirements**

* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
