**About This Opportunity**

We're excited to offer a remote Customer Service Representative - Collections position with immediate openings available. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and make a difference in people's lives while enjoying a competitive salary ($15.50 - $20.00 per hour) + performance-based incentives. **Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative - Collections, you'll be responsible for collecting on low-risk accounts, assisting customers in understanding their financial obligations, and providing guidance to limit losses to the bank. You'll work in a fast-paced, independent environment, requiring strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Collect on low-risk accounts to minimize delinquency rates
* Assist customers in a professional and empathetic manner to interpret their financial situation and provide guidance
* Negotiate repayment options and handle incoming and outgoing calls
* Maintain accurate documentation and account maintenance
* Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**

* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* 1+ year customer service experience required
* Collections experience preferred
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
* Strong attention to detail, organized, and motivated self-starter
* Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

**Schedule**

* Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 7:00pm
* Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
* Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
* Weekly flexible prime-time hours required
